Purchase, Shipping/Delivery and Return Policy

Lead Times
Processing orders are generally based on the amount purchased. If the order is small then it can be ready for pick up directly at the warehouse the same day between 8am-4pm Monday thru Friday. If the order is large, the warehouse will need 1-2 business days to prepare it for pick up or shipping.Â
Delivery
Delivery charges vary based on the county the shipment is going to. Our warehouse will contact you to schedule the delivery appointment to ensure there is someone onsite to receive the shipment.Â
Return Policy
Clients have up to 15 days after purchase to return tile that has not been used or opened and will have a 25% restocking fee deducted from any refund processed. We ask that you return the material directly to our warehouse. If you require our store to pick up the shipment based on the amount, you will need to schedule with us directly.Â
Special Orders
We offer special order items available nationwide and internationally. Some of our items only take a few days to two weeks to arrive for your project while others can take up to 8 weeks to arrive. These items are subject to additional freight charges.
Package and Handling
Some large format products require special packaging and handling that require a rental fee that will be returned after delivery is complete (applies to large slabs, etc).
