Appointments are not required. Any sales rep can assist you if you are a new customer for our stores.
We have samples available for most of our inventory. Some special order items may require a deposit until returned when finished and that fee may vary depending on the product. All other in stock items have free samples.
Take as long as you need looking at what we offer and our reps can help you with any questions you have relating to your space and the look you are interested in. We offer many designs in many formats for our customers home.
You can place and pay for the order yourself and have it either delivered to your location (shipping rates apply), or have it picked up at our warehouse for FREE.
Fees can vary based on your locations county. Our sales reps can confirm the amount with you.
Any tile you purchase needs to be returned within 15 days after purchase with the box and tile intact with a 25% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
As long as it’s within the 15 days after your purchase you can exchange the tile. There may be a price difference that could be less or more than the tile you are exchanging.
